You can repeat the procedure after a few days but should not let the whitening gel remain in contact with your teeth beyond recommendation.

- People with weak digestion, report nausea which is a result of swallowing hydrogen peroxide. You should take extra care in ensuring that the teeth whitening gel is not swallowed by mistake.
